  • Make an ideal condition to get sleep, put off all our electronic sound producing gadgets such as TV, laptops, phones and so on, put off the light and make yourself comfortable.
  • Do not take caffeine or alcohol before sleep.
  • Do some pranayama if necessary, it will give a deep relaxation for better sleep.
