Attitudinal Change For Becoming Beautiful

In the coarse of my life I have come across people of all walks of life and this privilege has lead me to come to conclusions about the attitudes they project and how it is being received by people around them. Well being a woman, it is important to know how exactly you are taken by people who you think are important for you.

And this begins with some changes within your self and then bringing it in your behaviour.

All women are beautiful

Women, however they are, are beautiful in one sense or other, all of them are beautiful, it is how they project that beauty gets acknowledged and recognized. You might have come across house wives who feel that indulging in themselves is a crime, and thus would not spend much time on their health, beauty or diet.

This makes them obese and with time they would lose all the magnetic beauty they had been proud about. I personally have seen people telling how beautiful they were when they were young, and they had some health or other problems that lead them to lose it.

But these very people would be speaking hours together on the phone or to their friends about things that are not so important at that point of time. They take so much care about what their child and husband eat whereas are not concerned about their own health. Well, one thing that you have to remember is ? a wall is necessary to make a painting- (an old saying in Tamil). And you are the wall of your family and if you want the picture to be good, you have to be healthy.

It is not necessary that you forget yourself to keep your family happy, only if you are in a position to look after others you would be able to do so. Well, beauty per se comes from within and a small effort would be enough to bring it back.

Make an Effort

The first step towards maintaining your beauty and health is to make an effort. Take a small piece of paper and draw yourself. Search into your heart and see what you look like and draw it. How do you feel, are you happy at what you are looking into or do you want to change it. If you are not happy with what you are looking into, you have to begin making some time for yourself.

Take Your Time

Make a list of things you do every day, from the time you get up to the time you go to sleep. You would get an outline of your daily schedule. Now check where you are wasting time. Are you speaking on the phone too much? Surfing the internet for things that are least important to you? Now make a schedule for your day which leaves you free for at least 30 minutes at a stretch. It would be advisable to take the first 30 minutes of the day in the morning as soon as you get up, so that your day would begin with a positive note.

Begin with Small Steps

Make the first few days as preparation days; sit in a quiet place and begin making plans for the day. This is a five minute ritual and would help you save a lot of time throughout the day. Just make plans as to what to prepare for breakfast, lunch and dinner, things to finish today, shopping to be done and so on. You would get an outline of your whole day.

Next, check the internet for some warm up exercises and muscle specific exercises. Follow them in a slow pace in the beginning and then increase the repetitions as you feel comfortable. In fact I would suggest 20 minutes walk combined with the planning process would be the best combo. You can do this out door or indoor on your treadmill.

Well with the first refreshing 30 minute ritual, you would be ready for the next small change to bring in you. I shall give you that in the next post, till then follow the 30 minute ritual without fail and let me know if you feel better.
