The Attitudinal Change You Need Immediately

With the thirty minute just you time, you would know the changes that has begun happening within you and around you. Actually many of my friends have told me that their husbands in fact are happy seeing them in high spirits the whole day. So do not forget to tell us how you feel..

Now for the next change..

Stand Up Straight

Well, it may seem so bizarre, but it is true that your stature plays an important part in your attitude. Have you seen the contestants in beauty pageant, they walk with confidence, they walk straight. Stand towards the wall with your head, back, hip and heel touching the wall. This is the position you have to always be in.

To practice you can stand against the wall and walk in the same stature for a few minutes. You have to consciously make this effort. If done for a few days you would unconsciously follow the stature. When you stand straight you would not only look tall but also your shape would improve too. You tummy would tuck inside a little and with your head held high your poise would increase.

Get the Right Inners

Seldom do Indian mothers think of their figure when it comes to health of their children, and after a few years your breasts are left drooping. Well not everyone would want to get silicone surgery done and it is not advisable too, however if you are careful enough to buy the right size bra with strong straps you can surely pull the breast back into shape.

A perfect bra would also help in keeping your shoulders straight so that you would not have difficulty to stand straight.

Dig Your Wardrobe


Wearing clothes although is to cover your body, does give an idea of the type of person you are, hence you have to be very careful while choosing your clothes and accessories. If you like to wear a variety of clothes, then do so with pride. You can make it a habit to choose clothes at least one day prior to wearing them.

Some of my friends actually plan for the whole week so that they do not have to worry at the last moment. Well the lesson is this, do not wear clothes in a hurry, plan ahead and make a style statement either in your dress, or the way you dress or your accessories. This would give you a brand and people would respect you for what you are projecting.

Remember never to over-dress, your clothes should not compete with you to seek attention, it should just compliment you.

Feel and Look Younger

Never choose dress that are too monotonous or would give away your age. This does not mean that you have to go out in micro- minis, however you need not always wear loose dress. Such loose dress would put loud signals that you do not have the confidence of wearing the right sized dress.

Keep with the trend, look out for the latest fashion and make sure you keep up with it. This way you would be able to look younger always and people might not be able to judge your age with your look.

Meditate

Meditation is one attitudinal, health and beauty ritual one should never miss. If you are able to spend 10 to 20 minutes a day for meditation, you would be able to become a healthier and happier person.

Just sit in a quiet place and close your eyes. Do not try hard to control your mind, let it do what it wants just concentrate on what your mind is doing. Learn what is going on in your mind, within a few minutes your mind would control itself and you might feel blissful. This meditation would slowly give you inner peace and with practice you can control your mind faster and for longer time.
